MiniVan Tour Gran Canaria
Thanks to its volcanic origin, Gran Canaria is a true paradise for incredible views, landscapes, typical villages and local culture, making it an excellent destination for day trips. What's better than a minivan with a professional driver and guide who speaks several languages, such as english, german, spanish, french, dutch, italian, polish and swedish?
Touring in a minivan drastically decreases the dead time you will face on a day trip by bus. At each stop, 50-60 people must go out and return to the bus each time. This is the right excursion if you want a more flexible and tailor-made day trip.

F.A.Q.
What is the best month to go to Gran Canaria?
Gran Canaria is known as the island of the eternal spring because of the fantastic climate throughout the year. The best time to visit Gran Canaria relates to personal preferences and the activities and excursions you want.
According to our experience, we formulate these 2 main guidelines:
- Suppose you like outdoor activities, exploring local cultural places and incredible landscapes and interacting with nature. In that case, the best period is October-November up to April-May.
- For ocean and sun-lovers, the period from April until October is ideal for enjoying beaches, boat trips and water sports.
How many days are enough for Gran Canaria?
The correct answer doesn't exist, as the question above all depends on the style of visit/holiday you prefer, excursions, activities, and experiences you want to do, and finally, the budget.
Essential visit (3-4 days): if you want to do a touch-and-go holiday. In this case, you have enough time to do the main activities without going "deeply": have a tour of Las Palmas, The Roque Nublo, in the mountain region and don't miss a visit to the dunes of Maspalomas.
Classical Holiday (a week min.): You have enough time to explore the island's main attractions and spend a few days on the beaches.
According to your preferences, you can have a full-day tour by bus or minivan to visit the mountain region and local villages. If you are more adrenaline-oriented, add a tour to Las Palmas or the Jeep Safari. Don't miss a dolphin and whale-watching trip or a catamaran tour.
Add a visit to the dunes of Maspalomas, and if it's not included in any of the tours you do, also pay a visit to the Village of Puerto de Mogan.
Relax Holidays (10 days or more): this is the the ideal formula for those who want to combine tourism and time on the beach. You have enough time to add some extra experience to the ones mentioned above, such as a big island tour or, if you love the ocean and adrenaline, an incredible jet ski safari that will allow you to explore the island from the coast while having amazing feelings driving your jet ski.
Look at our festival and local events calendar, and if some of them happen during your holidays, take advantage of them.
Can you island hop from Gran Canaria?
Yes, absolutely. Of course, you need time, and if you are on a relaxing holiday trip (10 days or more), you can consider a day trip to Tenerife, Lanzarote, or Fuerteventura, which you can easily reach by ferry. The two principal vectors are Fred Olsen and Armas.
You can also reach the other islands by flight. In this case, you can add the remaining islands to your options: La Palma, El Hierro, and La Gomera.
Tips For Un Unforgettable Experience
- If you go on a tour in the mountain region, put a wind jacket or a hoodie on your backpack: the temperature in the heights of Gran Canaria is generally 4-5 degrees less than the coast.
- Puerto de Mogan Village hosts one of the most famous markets of Gran Canaria on Fridays: it's worth a visit. If you have a dolphin and whale boat trip on the program, you can kill two birds with one stone by choosing a dolphin boat trip combined with the Mogan market tour.
- If you like eno gastronomical trips and want to taste some local flavours, don't miss a Premium Tour by bus, which includes the banana museum, rum distillery, coffee plantation, wine tasting tour (all with degustation) and the mojo canario work shop (typical Canarian sauce)
