Thank you for considering our excursion for your next adventure! Before booking your excursion with us, we kindly ask that you carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Bookings: Bookings can be made directly through our website or by contacting our customer service team. A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the excursion is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be paid the same day of the activity.

  2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:

    • 48 hours or more before the excursion/tour/activity: full refund
    • Cancellation 24 to 48 hours pevious to the realization of the excursion/tour/activity, penalty of the full deposit payment made.
    • Less than 24 hours before the excursion/tour/activity: no refund

  3. Changes to the Itinerary: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or unforeseen events. We will make every effort to inform you of any changes as soon as possible.

  4. Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the excursion. We may require a medical certificate from your doctor if we feel it is necessary to ensure your safety.

  5. Insurance: All the activities, except where expressly indicated, are insured. Despite of this,  we strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected events, such as illness, injury, or cancellations.

  6. Conduct: We expect all our customers to behave responsibly and respectfully towards our staff, other customers, and the environment. We reserve the right to refuse to serve any customer who is behaving in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.

  7. Liability: We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety during the excursion, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the excursion. By booking with us, you agree to waive any claims against us for such incidents.

  8. Intellectual Property: All the content and materials used during the excursion, including photos, videos, and written material, are the property of our company and may not be used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

  9. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the excursion takes place, and any disputes arising from them will be resolved by the courts of that country.
